Georgia & South Carolina Tax-Free Weekends 2016
Georgia’s 2016 Sales Tax Holiday July 30-31 (2 days)
During the July 30-31 sales tax holiday, the following items will be tax-free:
Clothing (including footwear) with a sales price of $100.00 or less per item. The exemption excludes clothing accessories such as jewelry, handbags, umbrellas, eyewear, watches, and watchbands.
Computers including computer components, and prewritten software purchased for noncommercial home or personal use with a sales price of $1000 or less per item.
School Supplies purchased for noncommercial use with a sales price of $20.00 or less per item.

South Carolina 2016 Sales Tax Holiday Aug. 5-7 (3 days)
South Carolina’s Tax Free Weekend applies to the following items:
Clothing, Accessories, Footwear, School supplies, Computers, Computer equipment.
