SouthernMamas is back after a brief holiday hiatus. During break, we checked out some nearby kid-friendly spots including the Jacksonville Zoo & Gardens where feeding the giraffes was one highlight;
the South Carolina Aquarium on Charleston Harbor (PENGUINS!); the Children’s Museum of the Lowcountry in Charleston; Charleston’s Holiday Festival of Lights.

All of which we highly recommend as being well worth the road trip.
