Flag Football Summer Camp @ St. Andrew’s School, Savannah
Coach Blake Henry — the new head football coach at St. Andrew’s School is thrilled to add a flag football camp for 2021 summer camp.
This camp is for rising 2nd-8th grade. The goal of our camp is to have fun and learn the great game of football. Each day will be filled with flag football games and fun skills and drills! Each camper will have the opportunity to be coached by Coach Henry
and the St. Andrew’s assistant coaches and players.
Here’s a sample schedule of what to expect each day.
9AM – Check in and Group Warm Up
9:10AM – Huddle – Talk about Theme of the Day (Teamwork, Effort, Competition, Sportsmanship, Character)
9:20AM – Separate into teams for the week – Drill of the Day
9:50AM – Team Practices
10:15AM – First Game of the Day
10:55AM – Guest Speaker and Snack/Break
11:05AM – Group Activity (Capture the Flag, Sharks and Minnows)
11:30AM – Second Game of the Day
Noon – Dismissal
Each camper will need to wear a t-shirt and shorts. Please bring cleat or tennis shoes, sunscreen, a hat, and a water bottle.
