FREE Savannah Spring festival: Books, Blankets & Family Fun 2018
You are invited to a FREE family event to celebrate reading and literacy: “Books, Blankets & Family Fun!”
On Sat. April 14, 2018, Savannah-Chatham County Public Schools will take over Daffin Park for their annual Family Engagement Day event. There will be food trucks on site, music and games, as well as reading activities and special guests – like celebrity reader Adrian Peterson, a former Georgia Southern standout and NFL player.
The top 3 schools with the most parent attendance will receive prizes. The event is 10AM-3PM.
