(Savannah Fall Festivals 2017): Savannah Greek Festival
The 67th annual Greek Festival at the Hellenic Center, 14 W. Anderson St., Savannah, Oct. 12-14 2017,
The Greek Festival, sponsored by St. Paul’s Greek Orthodox Church, will feature homemade Greek foods, desserts greek dancing, church tours, market place, a live band and so much more during the three-day celebration of Greek food, music and heritage.
Menu favorites include:
- spanakopita (Spinach w/ feta cheese & herbs baked in layers of filo);
- Greek meatballs (a favorite for kids of all ages);
- gyros (sliced beef and lamb served on pita bread);
- diples (fried filo dough dipped in honey syrup);
- kourabiedes (butter cookies topped with powdered sugar;
- baklava, pecans & spices baked in layers of filo.
Hosted in the St. Paul’s Hellenic Center, the Savannah Greek Festival attracts thousands of visitors each year. Come to enjoy the food, shopping, music, dancing and atmosphere of the Greek culture.

Sat. Oct. 14: 11AM – 9PM
The festival will have free admission until 4PM Thursday & Friday with a requested $2 donation after 4PM. There is also a requested $2 donation all day Saturday.
