Savannah Children’s Museum benefit concert to raise money for new museum programs
Help Savannah Children’s Museum raise money for the expansion of their new programs that focus on STEAM-based learning, environmental education, health and wellness, and literacy.
Coastal Heritage Society invites the public to attend the 2016 Savannah Children’s Museum Benefit Concert, an evening of fun and musical entertainment featuring The Accomplices and Bottles & Cans.
The event will be Fri. Sept. 30 at 7 pm at Georgia State Railroad Museum, 655 Louisville Rd., Savannah, GA 31401. Doors open at 6pm.
Bottles & Cans, a blues band with musical influences including American folk, country and rock will open the event and The Accomplices, a Savannah based acoustic folk-rock band known for their modern take on folk melodies and genre-blending sound, will headline the show.
The Frankie & Flynn food truck will be on-site with sandwich options and the The Dark Shark-Taco Attack! food truck will bring an assortment of tacos. A cash bar will be available serving refreshments, including beer and wine.
Cost
Tickets to the concert: $15 per person through pre-registration at bit.ly/SCMConcert and $20 at the door. Coastal Heritage Society members will receive express check-in and a special VIP cash bar during the event.
