Old Fort Jackson SavannahMix fun with education at A Century of Sentries- a kid-friendly, interactive historic re-enactment program happening Presidents’ Weekend of Feb 12-Feb 15 2016 at Old Fort Jackson in Savannah.

Old Fort Jackson played an important role in the American Revolutionary War, the War of 1812 and the Civil War.

Come learn about the history and more during the special “A Century of Sentries” program.

Explore the daily life of a soldier, while uncovering stories about the many individuals and units once stationed there.

Guests can participate in a variety of activities appropriate for all ages. Available activities include marching, battle reenactments, heavy artillery drill and musket and cannon demonstrations.
