MATHMANIA @ SAVANNAH STATE UNIVERSITY OPEN CAMPUS DAY, March 28

Come to this free, family-friendly, community-wide event for all Savannah-Chatham public school K-12 students.

Participate in exciting, active and fun-filled math competitions, sessions and games this Saturday, March 28, 2015 at Savannah State University from 9AM -2PM

Kids can participate in Jeopardy-style competitions, build small robots and help with outdoor events including rocket launching.

Students have been encouraged to sign up via their individual schools in order to get a head count. If they would like to participate, contact your child’s teacher or front office. (Registration:8:00-8:45 in the Wiley Wilcox Gym)

Competitions include:
· Math Art
· Math Writing
· STEM Projects (Math & Technology Designs)

1st, 2nd and 3rd place prize winners for each category.
Grand Prize winners for the best elementary, middle, and high school entered in the competitions.

Math Mania and it is being held in conjunction with SCCPPS, SSU’s STEM 360, and Board of Education.
