If you take your kids to see the special Main Stage production of DISNEY’S TARZAN the MUSICAL at Savannah Children’s Theatre this month & next (and you definitely should), be prepared to become so envious of how much fun the entire cast is having on stage that you’ll immediately want to sign your child up for classes and auditions for the theatre’s upcoming shows.

Tarzan, Jane and the whole ape ensemble get to swing from vines and climb on trees throughout the two-hour musical. The production – which includes a live orchestra & adult and children actors – continues for the next two weekends:
Jan. 31-Feb. 2; Feb. 7-9 2014
Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm, Saturdays and Sundays at 3pm
Tickets are available online and in the box office.

Upcoming auditions

Here’s your chance to get your child involved in a Savannah Children’s Theatre show. Auditions for the theatre’s upcoming show “Shrek the Musical” will be Feb. 3 or 4 at 7 PM. For ages 7 & in 2nd grade through adult.  Shrek show dates are May 30-June 15 2014.
