Homeschool teens Savannah needed for book author eventThe Independent Learning Network, Inc. in Savannah is seeking home-based learners, ages 14-19, to participate in a student-led planning committee to host an event with Author Ernest J. Gaines.

Ernest J. Gaines is the author of the following:

A Gathering of Old Men
In My Father’s House
A Long Day in November
The Autobiography of Miss Jane Pittman
Bloodline
Of Love & Dust
Catherine Carmier

The Independent Learning Network, Inc. (ILN) in Savannah is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to the academic excellence of home-based and other non-conventional learners.

ILN offers individualized educational plans for homeschoolers – academic levels 3-12, tutoring, monthly field trips and summer programs.
