Holiday flavors include peppermint chocolate cake with peppermint cream cheese frosting, garnished with crushed candy cane; hot chocolate with marshmallow buttercream frosting, garnished with mini marshmallows and hot cocoa powder; holiday red velvet with green cream cheese frosting, garnished with holiday sprinkles. Brittany also makes rum cakes infused with a rum glaze, garnished with pecans.
