Nutrition Workshops for Kids @ Savannah Children’s Museum

Join Savannah Children’s Museum starting Valentine’s Day for bi-weekly Sunday nutrition workshops, each focusing on different aspects of a healthy lifestyle.

The program will actively engage children pre-K and up with art, movement, and science, while focusing on nutrition education. The whole family is encouraged to attend and participate.

Learn these three food categories, GO, SLOW, and WHOA to recognize which foods are a better choice for a healthy body. This program will incorporate art, literacy, movement and music while learning what foods to eat often, what foods to eat sometimes, and what foods to eat sparingly.
